Entry-Level Sales Trainee Program

The entry-level Sales Trainee Program is designed to develop highly qualified, diverse, well-trained and results-focused salespeople who are knowledgeable about the business. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales, product and financial data. Your learning experience will be greatly enhanced through interactions with business partners in manufacturing, marketing and other areas. Sales trainees are expected to demonstrate a high degree of motivation and energy to support and learn from a team of sales professionals.

Overview

This program will develop sales skills. You will complete a training and development plan, which includes the following key functional areas:

  • Sales Planning
  • Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain
  • Forecast Demand Planning
  • Account Analysis and Management
  • Customer Service
  • Marketing

What are the requirements to apply for the program?

The entry-level sales trainee program requires the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Candidates must have strong analytical, problem solving and communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills. Must be expert in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Some travel to customer locations in multi-state areas is required. Relocation may be required. A valid driver's license is needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Relevant intern or work experience desired
  • Ability and desire to follow detailed safety precautions
